No Later Than October 2nd

Well today I went to the doctor for my 27 week appointment. Everything looked good. I'm measuring fine and Shelby's heartbeat was between 150-160 bpm. I was curious to know how long Dr. Harward would let me go past my due date since this is my first. I'm happy to say that he won't let me go more than a week over, so for sure, by October 2nd we will have a baby! I don't know why this made my day, but I think it's because it is so nice to know that she will be here by then--no more waiting. It is still three months away, but three months is definitely better than being back at the beginning. I'm so excited that she is growing and growing and I can't wait until I can hold her. Until then my friends, I am content with her movements that make my stomach take crazy shapes!
