I'm a Taco Bell junkie and I love my Laffy Taffy, but it's time to get serious. I've never really cut out whole areas of food, but no one really NEEDS to eat any of these things. Casey and I both agree that we eat way too much crap, so here's to not eating it. Wish me luck. I figure, if I don't lose any weight this month, I'll know I can eat that stuff anyways. Cooking everyday will be interesting, but think of the money we'll save. I'll update pound for pound, hopefully being healthier will actually pay off.
